"Who says I never killed anybody? The Juice is LOOSE!"
Was hoping for a bit more movement in the first episode, but still just as fun as ever.

So I quit this show after six episodes because I hate everyone. Same.

I don't get this argument. Everybody on Seinfeld or Veep or The Sopranos is a complete asshole as well. Did you quit those shows too?
Anyway, the premiere wasn't next level stuff, but it was good. Looking forward to see where this goes.

I get the feeling that Tom is secretly going to be a big player this season, siding with Logan over Shiv (who presumably is teaming up with Kendall now after getting passed over as CEO for Gerri instead). His whole vibe was off in that first episode, especially when he said goodbye to Shiv before boarding the plane.

I can definitely see this prediction coming true.

The foursome chamber piece at the focus of this episode was so captivating, but there’s also some all-timer Greg stuff here. I fucking lost it when his law school friend said “You want me to text my professor?”
Off to a great start so far.

You know things are strange when Connor is the most mature and sane person in the room.
Marcia is back with a vengeance.
And poor Greg, nobody, not even his grandpa, gives a shit about him.

It's crazy how only 24 hours have past in the last 3 episodes. This felt like a two-parter with the premiere after dealing with the initial blowout, which gave the conflict some time to breath and focus on the fundamental core of the show - the dynamic relationship between the Roys. Was nice to see more Connor, finally an interaction between Tom and Gregg since the bombshell, as well as Tom's increasing distance from Shiv which I'm really curious about the direction they're going to take that in.

Best Nirvana needle drop ever? Also, the dirt on Kendall released concurrent with his appearance on that talk show *AND* the FBI raiding Waystar, all within the last 15 minutes - holy fuck. Cannot wait to see where the rest of this season goes.
Tom is definitely realising how disposable he is to those around him and making moves.

Should any other drama bother to release episodes at this point? Haha.

Shiv sold out Kendall for nothing- after the FBI raid, her letter will be essentially forgotten, and didn't even last a couple of hours in the trending topics.
And yeah, Tom will definitively try to talk with the FBI. He won't go under for Logan and Shiv, that's sure.

As someone who's been around a lot of it in my life, I have to say that Strong's portrayal of someone in a manic episode is fucking uncanny.
Conor though gets the line of the episode with "It's a Times New Roman firing squad."

Sometimes I think the dialogue sounds too good to be coming out of the mouths of real people, but gems like "Times New Roman firing squad" make me not care.

Goddamn, episode 3 showcased the best work Strong has ever done on this show, and that's saying a hell of a lot. Every line delivery, facial tic and physical gesture perfectly portrayed a man in the midst of a manic spiral - devastating and riveting to watch. Shiv's rage here was also genuinely unnerving, palpable in a way that goes way beyond the usual back-and-forths of cutting comments and power plays.
This season is on fire so far!

For the fourth straight week I am left anxiously wondering just what the hell is happening with my guy Tom.
Also, I just have to say that it's impeccable how Brian Cox, a man in his 70s, has figured out how to act on-screen with a smartphone more effectively than literally anyone else ever has, to my knowledge.

Tom is like the calm before the storm. He's going to explode in about three episodes.
