She's unforgettable as Barb in Black Christmas which to me is an essential near-masterpiece of the horror genre. RIP.

Her battle with mental illness and subsequent charity work is well worth mentioning.
Everyone will say Lois this, Lois that, but I want to give special mention to her part in DePalma's Sisters. Such a great role for a good thriller. I also like The Amityille Horror. Chilling stuff. This is such sad news. RIP!!!

I know that she will always be remembered as Lois Lane, but Margot was a great scream queen. I love Black Christmas, and The Amityville Horror.

I just watched Superman for the first time two weeks ago. I can safely say she was a better Lois Lane than both Bosworth and Adams. Looks like I’ll have to check out her other works mentioned here. RIP.

Just saw this news, it's a shame as she wasn't that old at all.
I loved her so much in the Superman movies as Lois Lane. She always managed to be nothing short of bad-ass with only words (for the most part). Also, the lady was in Black Christmas, so she's auto cool anyway.

WTF I had no idea she died! I was just watching the old Superman films with my little brother yesterday. She had an extremely interesting life. Great interview. RIP Margot Kidder.
