Leonardo DiCaprio. He's my favourite actor, he's in 5 films in my Top 25 (my #1, #5, #8, #13 and #25) and there's a number I still need to watch including Gangs of New York, The Aviator and What's Eating Gilbert Grape.

Probably DeNiro on account of the diversity. From Mean Streets to Midnight Run, Godfather 2 to Meet the Parents, Brazil to Heat, Wag the Dog to Once Upon a Time in America, The King of Comedy and The Mission, Taxi Driver and The Untouchables, Angel Heart and Novecento, Jackie Brown and Great Expectations, Jacknife and Goodfellas, etc.

I think I'd go with Matt Damon, as he has a great mix of genres and has been is some really fantastic films.

Nicholson probably I mean drama, comedy, high quality or guilty pleasures he worked in film by major directors and some renowned foreign ones as well - Antonioni, Babenco - and worked with leading actors and actresses across a long time period - his films are highly watchable in that way.
He's not my favorite actor but his "career management" is probably better than any other. For this kind of test he'd win because I'd have to keep my interest up I guess ....

This is an impossible question but I guess I'd go with MacLachlan so I could watch Twin Peaks and The Return again.

I'll go with Brad Pitt. Not only does he have an impressive filmography, he is also one of my favorites. These five are already enough.
Se7en/ Fight Club/ Inglourious Basterds/ The Tree of Life/ The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford

Robert De Niro - he has the ideal variation of films and roles in his filmography (and yeah a few duds as well)
