Yes, I am aware that this is 1920 - 2017 while my other montages go back to 1915. The reason is because the performances in 1917-1919 that I want to recognize are in films that are rather poor quality in my possession, and I am looking for better versions. I will update this montage with my 1915-1919 runners-up in the future, but for now, I trust this will make do.

I'll never see what people see in The Wolf of Wall Street, absolutely DETEST that film from the bottom of my heart, but otherwise, lovely work again.
Btw what scores did you use for this one, RU supporting actress and RU director?

Never knew you were such a huge Leslie Nielsen fanbot!!
Lots of great mentions! Gotta shout out the two guys I liked seeing pop up the most: Richard Jordan (says 1983 instead of 1973 btw) and Bernie Mac.
Also, I was planning on watching both The Scalphunters and Barquero in the near future... now I gotta get around to them sooner rather than later.

Btw what scores did you use for this one, RU supporting actress and RU director? I consider Wolf to be one of Scorsese's two flat-out masterpieces. In terms of soundtracks: * Runner-Up Supporting Actor: "Summer Vacation" ~ Hearts in Atlantis + two fan-made soundtracks from The Revenant* Runner-Up Supporting Actress: "For the Love of a Princess" ~ Braveheart + "Smile" ~ Chaplin + "Adagio in D Minor" ~ Sunshine* Runner-Up Director: "The Citrine Cross ~ The Da Vinci Code + "Cavalleria Rusticate Intermezzo" ~ Raging Bull + "Leave No Man Behind" ~ Black Hawk Down

Love the mentions of Bolger, Robinson, Arkin, and Shaw mentions. Great performances in great films.

I totally hate to ruin your video, but as I really enjoyed Lupu Pick in Fritz Lang's Spies as well, that's not actually him in your video. That would be Rudolf Klein-Rogge - a favorite of Lang's (I believe he's your win for Metropolis or Dr. Mabuse even, where he plays the titular character in the latter). And it's strange because I totally get why you would think that's him because when you google "Lupu Pick Spies" it shows you 95% pictures of Klein-Rogge. Which is odd. But this is the best pic I could find of Lupu Pick in that film:

That aside, it's funny how with all of these videos, most of your runner-ups are actually my wins - and ones I consider to be best of their decade too. So apparently we agree on a lot! We just have most of our wins switched haha. Great videos as always, though. And you've given me more to check out (like I had no idea Cagney was in A Midsummer Night's Dream!).

In any case, looks like I have to reupload and re-title it, but I'm gonna wait till later to do that.

LOVE seeing Laughton here for Spartacus. I love me some Ustinov as much as the next guy, but Laughton's performance was so overlooked in that film. It's nice seeing him get some love

It's nice seeing him get some love Ustinov is my all-time #1 for Supporting Actor for Spartacus, but Laughton is so bloody good and it's criminal that he got snubbed. By the way, if you got half an hour to kill, you should watch Ustinov regale us with stories from the set and the animosity between Laughton and Olivier, and how he had to mediate. Ustinov was the greatest raconteur; you'll be wanting to go down the rabbit-hole with his stories for hours after this:

Well, that's the wonderful thing about Klein-Rogge too is he's such a chameleon with his performances (and always seems to play characters who wear disguises). So I could understand that! Still a good video even with that little mishap!

No problem. Yeah, I'm sure it's a pain to upload, but it's all good! I still get a peek at some films to add to my list for the next decade (like Compulsion which looks like an unrecognizable Orson Welles and a film of his I amazingly didn't have on my list - mainly because he didn't direct it probably).

In any case, looks like I have to reupload and re-title it, but I'm gonna wait till later to do that. Speaking of, I noticed that there's a minor typo in the director video. Sin City is 2005 not 2006.
