Has a Peaky Blinders touch to it. Looking forward even though i was disappointed by Season 3.

Hate season three so I've been cautiously optimistic about this... but holy smokes I. AM. PUMPED. What a cast.

Didn’t know there was so much hate for season 3. I thought it was fine.

ok, the "coming soon" bit tells me that they still don't have a date. Back in spring FX said they had finished production on most of the eps but had to stop production before the last couple could be finished, and they said that they wouldn't announce a date until they could resume production (and no one's resuming productions on anything for the foreseeable future). Well they still haven't announced a date so I wouldn't be holding my breath. Looks good though. Chris Rock going to be the MVP clearly.

Reviews coming out. (Critics got 9 out of the 11 eps)
Mostly positive so far, a couple mixed and two negative (Entertainment Weekly, Paste), and nearly all agree the cast is great, with a lot of standout praise for Glynn Turman, Jessie Buckley, Ben Wishaw....

That first episode was... not good.

I really loved the first half of Episode 1, but it started to come undone by the time Jessie Buckley showed up. Not because of her, mind you, she's amazing as always, but the first half had a terrific gravitas to it that almost felt Coppola-esque, something that didn't feel like anything we'd seen before. But then the kookiness began, and I felt like there were smarter, tighter ways to set the dominoes up. Chris Rock's a fine fit for the world, though.
Also, I was hoping that when Rock and the Italians swapped sons, Ben Whishaw would get traded a third time.

Agree with stephen - interesting and catchy beginning, like Fargo meets Boardwalk Empire, but loses itself a bit. They keep adding more and more (and more) characters and after two episodes, they're still setting the spread, and we haven't really spent inside time with any of them. Wishaw's Rabbi is the most interesting character so far. Some of the perfs feel a little amateur or too unlikely (the funeral home father, the "intimidating" brother from Italy, the jailbirds), some are kinda compelling like Buckley whose physicality seems sped up, and Glynn Turman of course.

I'm only two episodes in and it's a mixed bag, but I like the set up and am curious to see how things shake up.

I was gonna like this post, but then I saw how bad Juno Temple looked in that pic (looks like Kristin Chenoweth), and I instantly searched google wondering if her looks were gone. Nope. Just a bad pic.
