I was only thinking Phantom Thread would get in for DDL and maybe score or costumes. Love that it got so much other stuff. Academy Award nominee Jonny Greenwood is a great concept.

I'm just happy that there's a very good chance Agnès Varda might get both honorary and competitive oscar on the same day!

Gerwig getting a director nom and I know it's not a surprise or anything but happy for legend Dafoe's third nom.
Glad for Harrelson and Plummer as well. Loved them both. Rockwell was also way overdue for a nomination.

after having just finished watching The Post, I'm sooo glad Meryl got in. She's remarkable. It's her best performance in decades, and one her best roles.
This is how I rank the leading ladies Ronan Streep McDormand Robbie Hawkins

I haven't seen it, but I'm still really happy for everything Phantom Thread. The Gerwig nom is also excellent.

Saw Phantom Thread last night and while the movie wasn't my thing Leslie Manville was the fucking boss. Thrilled for her.

Sam Rockwell, because it's about god damn time.
Lesley Manville, because it's about god damn time. I always thought it'd be for a Leigh vehicle when it finally happened, so this makes it even cooler.
Anything Get Out was nominated for.
