Right now I would give more of a chance to Aaliyah and Amy Winehouse. They were both so young and so talented and their careers were cut very short. I would give my vote to Aaliyah.

I would bring back Kurt Cobain, but from that list Aaliyah. I loved her and she was taken from us wayyyyy too soon.

Fuckin' Mr. Rogers. And that's a legit answer, he belted out some sick tunes for the neighborhood after all.

Amy Winehouse, for sure. I still can't believe she's gone... She's probably my all-time favorite (female) singer.

Off this list .......... Amy Winehouse who could have made great in studio records for a while without good material even - heck she could have made covers albums that could have been great. Of the artists I like on that list......well....... I don't really care for later Bowie the way most do......Prince was spent a long time ago.....but RIP and have some great, important work .... I'd have to go off list - for the ones that shook me in the MAR era....... Grant Hart certainly did for me.... my beloved Kim Shattuck who I'm playing right now and who died at 56 - and who I genuinely miss not just that I liked - but that I more accurately "loved" ....I almost cry playing this after she passed in 2019........and I'm not that type yanno?
