Hard to say, just about all of the really legendary stuff I think I've seen by now going through various lists and checking things out.
Random things that come to mind would be the Despicable Mes, Moana, all Michael Bay except Armageddon and the first Transformers, all Fast/Furious except the newest one, Friday the 13th, Paranormal Activity, Saw, John Woo stuff except M:I II, Total Recall, Conan the Barbarian, Trading Places, some less famous John Hughes like Pretty in Pink/Weird Science, Love Story, The Way We Were, The Notebook...

I gotta add Mean Girls. I really need to check this out cause I see people use gifs from it all the time and it looks pretty funny (McAdams is it too damn I can't believe she was 25 during the filming of this)

I'd heartily recommend a weekend watching The Bridge on the River Kwai, The Great Escape, Judgment at Nuremberg and The Best Years of Our Lives, in that order.

I don't think I was big on it the first time I watched it, maybe due to being younger and it not appealing to me as much, but with every viewing it only gets better and better. Absolute essential GUY-core, a film to be watched with the lads.

Most on your list are great but definitely make time for City of God when you can. One of my favorites.

Home Alone is the one I usually get the most slack for

I don't think I've ever seen Home Alone all the way through ever, either. Maybe when I was a little kid.

These Home Alone omissions are disturbing.

So many, but I expect the answer is Empire Strikes Back.
