Like that day Bergman and Antonioni died, sensenomaking (former imdb user) said to bolt Jean Luc Godard's house tight.
Romero. Now Landau. We gotta bolt someone's house now.
RIP Marty

Reading that article, that man had quite a full life (I never knew he dated Marilyn Monroe!). What a shame he's gone now, but at least there's so much great work of his to admire.
R.I.P.
Don't know what's going on today...

First Romero, now Landau, the hell is going on today.
Everyone's gonna bring up Ed Wood as they should, but lets not forget that one of Landau's earliest roles was as Vandamn's accomplish Leonard in North By Northwest. He was also superb in Crimes & Misdemeanors. Great actor. RIP!

This one hurts. I had the pleasure of meeting him six or seven years ago (the same day I met Ernest Borgnine, as a matter of fact) and he was a very humble dude. His Oscar win was one of the most popular on OB back in the day, and rightfully so. He was always a positive presence in whatever he was in.
