Not in Supporting Actor, but Tatum O'Neal in Paper Moon (1 hour, 6 minutes and 58 seconds) is the longest Supporting winner, according to Wikipedia.

Ali last year and Christopher Waltz for Django were both over 1:06. Ali was slightly longer.

Um, you wrote a post praising the cast and literally "paused it" when it came to Hirsch, and then wrote "Oh, Quentin." I think 90% of the folks reading it would come to the same conclusion I did. You sounded unhappy with the decision to cast him, and based on the previous "story" that was posted about his casting, I assumed the abuse incident from his past was why you disapproved of his casting. Was I wrong? Is it that you just think he's a shitty actor? If it's the latter, well then I assumed wrong, but, in my defense, I think most people familiar with Hirsch and the heinous incident would have made the same assumption. I have no opinion on Hirsch either way. I don't know what part he's playing or what Tarantino's thought process was when deciding to hire him. But I will say that you're drastically downplaying the impact that getting cast in this film might have on his career (it's not just a little bone he's getting thrown; he's in a fucking Tarantino film starred by Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Al Pacino, and the hype surrounding this script is ridiculously high; everyone will make sure to watch this damn thing and it'll be talked about for years), as well as the way this decision will be perceived. Welcoming Hirsch with open arms into an A++ list project from a major studio after what he did should cause a fuss in this current climate, especially after Tarantino also came under fire earlier this year for all the shit he pulled on Uma Thurman when they were making Kill Bill. Just imagine if this was Nate Parker getting cast. So, pretty much EVERYTHING you wrote here turned out to be wrong, huh?? I didn't hear a PEEP about Hirsch's casting throughout its release or this entire awards season. 😆😆

Gimme the 20 hour cut. I don't want a second of Leo or Pacino footage to go unused.
Anyone else think they may time the book release (June 29) with the "mini series" that QT promised would be out eventually...... sort of cross-promote 'em? Maybe that's why the longer version is taking... long.... lotta footage to sound correct and color grade etc.

LOL!
Everyone in Hollywood has now seen Ray Fisher get justice with the Zack Snyder Justice League cut (Fisher going from a non-entity in the theatrical release to the star and MVP of the Snyder cut) and want their own do-over. Margot Robbie probably has more to do and say in unused footage for this movie, so a new cut would probably benefit her the most.

I thought Margot Robbie said she was happy with how her performance ended up in the movie?
Also I'm good on not having the 20 hour cut of OUATIH. What's next, a 20 hour cut of The Irishman?
