I have about 100 ideas, but it's late so I'll fire off some quick ones and probably come back to this thread later.
Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday
Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally...
Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy in Before Sunrise
Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet in Titanic
George Clooney and Jennifer Lopez in Out of Sight (probably my pick for best romantic chemistry I've ever seen in a movie)
Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore in The Wedding Singer
Daniel Craig and Eva Green in Casino Royale
Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga in A Star is Born

Emory Cohen and Saoirse Ronan in Brooklyn is my modern go-to -- absolutely luminous and so easy to fall in love with them right back. I still wish there were some way I could transplant their love story into Gangs of New York in place of DiCaprio and Diaz.

Call me when there is a hotter couple than Walter Matthau and Glenda Jackson. I'll wait.

Clark Gable and just about anyone comes immediately to mind. Hepburn and MacMurray in Alice Adams, Stanwyck and MacMurray in Remember the Night. In fact, you could say Stanwyck and just about anyone too. Gary Cooper comes immediately to mind. Fairbanks and Darrieux in The Rage of Paris, Grant and Dunne in My Favorite Wife, Mitchum and Leigh in Holiday Affair, Jean Arthur and Joel McCrea in The More the Merrier, Lombard and Powell in My Man Godfrey, Ginger Rogers and her kindly dancing uncle in all those movies they made together. Ah, the good ol' days. Throw a bone to Leo and Kate in Titanic, and only in Titanic.

Andrew Garfield & Emma Stone in The Amazing Spider-Man Rewatching them in theaters for the recent re-releases, it was so stark how those movies (especially the 2nd one) failed their dynamite chemistry.

I haven't seen it for a while but I remember the first one capitalizing fairly decently on it. For some reason that moment when Garfield shoots a web at her (sorry) and pulls her to him on the roof with that beautiful James Horner music playing is a romantic mini-classic for me The second one, though? Definitely failed them. As it did everybody.

Oh, I have to give it up to Ellen Barkin and Dennis Quaid in The Big Easy - such an underrated film and great performances - and the hottest sex scene ever committed to celluloid (IMO)... The only direction Jim McBride gave Barkin and Quaid? "Go at it, you two." Edit: Pittsnogle_Goggins theycallmemrfish - Have you guys seen this one? I think you'd really like it!

I actually rewatched it a few months back after not having seen it for probably 20+ years. Solid flick for sure and agree on the chemistry of Quaid and Barkin.

Pittsnogle_Goggins - It's one of the movies that my dad has in his DVD collection! I watched it so many times in high school. Well, certain scenes... For, you know, reasons.

Kristin Scott Thomas and Ralph Fiennes in The English Patient He also has amazing chemistry with Julianne Moore in The End of the Affair. I think he's one of those actors who gives his best performances opposite women.

My 2 faves from him are Schindler's List and TGBH, and he doesn't spend too much time interacting with women in either of those.
