10 - it's my favorite film of 2007, and that year is widely considered to be one of the greatest ever. The gif you chose in the OP is perfect. Pixar's love letter to Paris and France - the explosion of Francophilia is so beautiful and joyful - all buttery goodness and warmth.

I like this movie a lot. It's probably in the Top 3 most entertaining Pixars. But I just think it's another Pixar entry. It's not a statement. Not like the top of the barrel like Toy Story, Toy Story 3, or Wall-E. Not like the quotability, referential qualities, and small pop chair philosophical touches of Inside Out, Up, or The Incredibles.
It's a great ride mostly. Which is fine. But that's where I stop short of putting this above the main Pixars. I also think Finding Nemo and Monsters Inc. have the child qualities so those kinda stand out in a way too.
