Just to be clear, I'm not talking about perennial favorites like Spacey or Odenkirk who are expected to continue their streaks. This thread is for those who have been consistently snubbed and/or are underdogs in their races, but should be recognized nonetheless.
1. Carrie Coon (The Leftovers) 2. BoJack Horseman for something... 3. ...and same goes for It's Always Sunny. It's about time. 4. Giancarlo Esposito 5. Michael McKean 6. Alison Wright (The Americans) 7. Millie Bobby Brown 8. Lakeith Stanfield 9. Michael Stuhlbarg 10. Justin Theroux
Also, if it's not too much to ask, can we please get some nods for any supporting actor in Silicon Valley, and any supporting cast member in The Americans? Thanks.

David Lynch to sweep all the Directing slots. I'm in the same boat, though I'm pretty certain Peaks isn't eligible this year. MacLachlan also deserves to win big for the revival.

Don't watch enough TV to list a lot of things but there are a few I can think of:
Brian Tyree Henry for Atlanta.
Orange is the New Black to get back in. Uzo Aduba would deserve another nomination but I would love for Samira Wiley to get in.
Master of None: Hopefully this gets more than one acting nomination. I don't know if Lena Waithe counts as a Guest Actress or not but if she is then she should get in for the Thanksgiving episode. Bobby Cannavale probably appeared in too many episodes for Guest Actor so I doubt he gets in but that would be nice too.

1) Carrie Coon (would love her to get double-nominated, but one for The Leftovers should definitely happen if the voters have sense) 2) The Leftovers in Drama Series 3) Orange is the New Black to make a comeback somewhere major, since S4 was so fantastic. 4) Bryce Dallas Howard 5) All Fargo main cast to be nominated (the season hasn't been great, but they all have). I know this one's a bit of a cheat. 6) Justin Theroux 7) Amy Brenneman 8) Michael McKean 9) Alison Wright 10) Alexander Skarsgård

I thought the cutoff date for submissions was May 29, and Twin Peaks had already premiered four episodes by then? Or are the submissions rules a bit more precise than that?

I think the cut-off date was May 31. I think the rule is something along the lines of at least half the season having to have aired before the cutoff. I'm sure I'm wrong, but I'm also too lazy to look it up at the moment. Regardless, the new Twin Peaks season isn't ending until September-ish, which is two months after nominees are announced, so it's impossible for it to be eligible.
