I saw The Seventh Seal in my early teens, and it completely opened my eyes up to art and what it was capable of. I saw Rashomon soon after and it was a done deal, I fell in love with movies.

Fight Club . I'm not quite as fond of it as I once was back as a teen but damn when I first saw it , I fell in love with it . Thought it was such a ballsy film that broke a lot of rules and pushed the envelope .

Certainly the Harry Potter films, at a young age.
When I was eleven or so, I started watching movies like Pulp Fiction, Star Wars, The Shawshank Redemption, etc., all of which spurred my love of film.
The Dark Knight is one of those movies that I obsessively re-watched from ages 10-12. It was my favorite movie for a long time, and I think my continuous amazement at what that film achieved fueled a further interest in movies. I had similar obsessions with Memento and Inception, though not quite to the same degree.
Forrest Gump is another notable early favorite of mine.

Newspapers here in Greece used to give out free Dvd's of classic films. I wasn't too fond of cinema when I was a teenager, but since we had this very big Dvd collection (and I had a lot of free time) I decided to start watching all the classics. The first films I saw that made me a fan of cinema was The Seventh Seal and 8 1/2. That was way back in 2006.

Unusual pick, but Singin' in the Rain is what got me really interested in films.

A couple of Woody Allen joints I saw on cable when I was 10. Manhattan and Melinda & Melinda, I think.

Before Trilogy and the 2010 Oscar lineup, The Social Network specifically, which fascinated me with the fact that of all interests one could have, films are the ones with the most variety, there's always something new to it, no matter how much we have watched.

Citizen Kane when I watched it when I was 15 or so. Due to its reputation it was the first movie where I really paid attention to the camerawork. I thought it was good, but not great when I first saw it but it has subsequently become one of my favorite movies on rewatches.
I also recorded 2001 off TCM in about the same time frame. I was really confused the first time but kept wanting to watch it so I watched it repeatedly over a few months and it became my favorite movie. There was always something compelling about it.
On the Waterfront, Touch of Evil, Kubrick's Lolita, Barry Lyndon, Dr. Strangelove, and All About Eve were another big ones that I was in my early teens.

The Breakfast Club back when I was 11. It was up to that point the most stripped-down movie I had seen.

When they re-released the original Star Wars trilogy back in '97. I also have a vivid memory of walking in the room at a very young age while my dad was watching Raising Arizona, and it was the scene where HI dreams about Leonard Smalls for the first time, which I just found insanely captivating.

The Wizard of Oz and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs were the first movies I saw when I was 2 or 3 and I couldn't stop watching them, acting them out, singing the songs, playing with the figurines, trying to memorize the dialogue. It really just feels like a continuum to me from there.

Weird Science.
Sadly the technology still hasn't matched expectations and everything since has been subpar.
