I desperatly need to see The Babadook and The Witch
Whether or not you can classify some of these as "horror" is debatable, but going off what letterboxd says:
1. Inland Empire
2. Snowtown
3. It Follows
4. The Eyes of My Mother
5. Visitor Q
6. The Voices
7. 28 Days Later
8. Tucker and Dale vs. Evil
9. Don't Breathe
10. The Cabin in the Woods

PA3 gets extra points for effectiveness, I was genuinely scared. The last film mentioned - could be switched with Insidious, Inside, etc - is just so underrated so I'm gonna champion it here a bit.

Other than those mentioned (Antichrist, Get Out, Split, Evil Dead, The \/\/itch specifically, not too big on this genre's input in general, let alone this century), there are Mulholland Drive and No Country For Old Men (in subtle manners, Silence Of The Lambs-esque) which I think would pass for horror.
