I don't really re-read books that often, but when I was younger I read the first few Harry Potter books several times, so I guess that's it for me. This but instead of HP, Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. That was quite a RUN man which only fused out in final third of book 13 I'd say.

Easily "The Prince" by Machiavelli. And probably "The Virtue of Selfishness" by Ayn Rand. Don't judge me...or do. These are readings that were assigned in uni and simply latched on with time... The Prince is incredible, and consistently mischaracterized. I think anyone considering any leadership position should take a look at what Machiavelli has to say about it, and why people follow certain leaders. Mhmm. Definitely the go-to bible for aspiring team leaders but also quintessential reading for anyone that holds any pragmatic tenets (me) in life. His philosophies are largely/unreasonably demonised for being authoritarian but heaps of his ideologies are grounded in baseline theories, i.e., "ends justifying means." Rand holds similar objectivist views...

Don't ask me though, I read from him about 40 years ago and never felt the need to reread.

Jane Eyre. Only because I was obsessed with it as a young girl.
