Saddened and honestly shocked to find out that not only a fellow Wollongongian but also the first openly gay male Olympian to represent any country in the sport of bobsleigh passed recently. Huge advocate/spokesperson in Australia's queer community...
He also played amateur rugby for a hot minute; one of the few sports I dabble in and out of. Just felt the need to pay my respects...
