Here's your list of performances to receive all 4 for 2022... Austin Butler Colin Farrell Brendan Fraser Bill Nighy Cate Blanchett Viola Davis Michelle Yeoh Brendan Gleeson Barry Keoghan Ke Huy Quan Angela Bassett Kerry Condon Jamie Lee Curtis Which of these do you feel is most vulnerable? I feel like the top four in Best Actor is pretty impenetrable. Nighy would be the most vulnerable but I definitely can't see him missing. Davis is the weakest of the three in Best Actress. I think there is a very good chance she could get Hanks'd, especially as I think a lot of the more fringe contenders likely have a lot more passion in their corner. The Best Supporting Actor trio is pretty rock-solid as well. I actually wonder if Keoghan is ahead of Gleeson, as I feel he has more standout mentions. I don't think any of them are vulnerable, though. Condon's safest. Curtis is on paper safer than Bassett by virtue of having a much more beloved movie (whereas there is a very strong chance Bassett could be the sole representative of her film if she gets in), but Bassett has a much higher win equity than Curtis. Bassett got the BAFTA nod (the hardest precursor for her to get) so I think she's secure, whereas I can see a world where Curtis misses if passion voting hits other contenders at the right time. If I had to say who the most vulnerable person of these is, it's far and away Viola Davis. Curtis would be next.

I'm still going back and forth between DiCaprio and Domingo, but other than that yeah, I think they all make it in the end.

Domingo = Viola Davis of 2023.
I guess all the others are safe, though I really hope Cooper and Mulligan both miss.

I also think we might wanna keep an eye out for Keoghan as well. Barry made the Globes and BAFTA. Saltburn is still clinging around the place and it's hard to shake off.

Not saying they will miss for sure but I definitely wouldn't be surprised. Sometimes it is actually vulnerable to be nominated everywhere as some voters might feel they're safe and throw their #1 votes to someone else and hoping all their favorites would get in. From Linney to Cruz and Riseborough, we have all seen how it went down.

So the one who missed this year is Robbie.
