John Cusack Kristen Stewart Rachel Weisz Jennifer Tilly Alicia Vikander Claire Danes Nicolas Cage Mark Wahlberg Josh Brolin John Malkovich
Cusack - Probably High Fidelity. I think he should've played Ryan Reynolds' role in Definitely, Maybe. That would've definitely been the role I would remember him most by.
Stewart - Personal Shopper. She's usually sexless, but she turned me on in that movie. That black suit and perky breasts did it. Anything else she did is barely a blur in my mind.
Weisz - I'll say Runaway Jury. Or The Mummy - a favorite at 12 or 13. I remember the Runaway Jury trailer in 2003.... "the jury is basically mine. And I can push it either way." Her American accent has always been funny. You can see the attempt. It comes with a lot of effort.
Jennifer Tilly - Bride of Chucky, easily. She was terrifying watching that movie on TV in 1998 or 1999.
Alicia Vikander - Based on very recent development....... Irma Vep. Which might be her most interesting work to date.
Claire Danes - Homeland.... that's not really up for debate.
Nicolas Cage - I kinda see Con Air. But there are honestly lots. Hard to pinpoint just one with this huge blockbuster actor. Gone in 60 Seconds and Face/Off are other images burned in my mind from an early age.
Mark Wahlberg - Again.... lots. I see Pain & Gain at times, The Fighter other times. The Perfect Storm, Planet of the Apes for movies I saw before teenage years. Guy has been in lots of huge movies.
Josh Brolin - I see him mostly as the voice of that documentary he narrated on Ancient Mayan civilization. He's a good narrator kinda actor. Morgan Freeman part II
John Malkovich - In the Line of Fire probably, but there are a few other images of his bald-head douchebagness in my mind with this guy.

I took your question seriously and literally wrote the very first movies that came to mind when I looked at the names. The explanations of why they did are attached. Kind of an interesting experiment. John Cusack - Say Anything. I don't really think about Cusack that much in my life so it's easy to see why my mind instantly went to one of his most iconic roles. Kristen Stewart - Spencer. That's on Tyler Rachel Weisz - The Constant Gardener. Because yesterday before sleep I was remembering the 2005 Oscars and how narrowly this movie must've missed some key nominations. Jennifer Tilly - Bullets Over Broadway. Not much else to remember her by for me tbh. Alicia Vikander - The Danish Girl. The Oscar must've made this one spring to mind. Claire Danes - Romeo + Juliet. Not much else to remember her by for me tbh. Nicolas Cage - The Rock. A childhood favorite never fails to come up first. Mark Wahlberg - Boogie Nights. 'Cause that's the one. Josh Brolin - Milk. 'Cause recently I started thinking that I should rewatch this one. John Malkovich - Changeling. 'Cause I did rewatch this one recently.

John Cusack: The Thin Red Line Kristen Stewart: Tyler's posts. Rachel Weisz: The Mummy. Jennifer Tilly: Bound. Alicia Vikander: Tomb Raider, lol. Claire Danes: A GIF of all of her cry faces. Nicolas Cage: Mandy. Mark Wahlberg: Fear, but it's Maureen Ponderosa reenacting that scene. Josh Brolin: The Goonies. John Malkovich: Burn After Reading.

John Cusack: Runaway Jury. Saw it in college.
Kristen Stewart: Twilight; you are a big fat liar if you say otherwise.
Rachel Weisz: The Mummy. It was on tv all the time here.
Jennifer Tilly: The Fabulous Baker Boys. The only thing I've seen in her filmography lol.
Alicia Vikander: A Royal Affair. A favourite of mine. She's never topped this imo.
Claire Danes: Little Women. I've never really seen Homeland beyond a few clips so it's definitely Little Women for me. Stardust would be a close runner-up.
Nicolas Cage: Moonstruck. I think it's the first serious film of his I've seen.
Mark Wahlberg: The Departed. Hate everything he does. This is one of his worst.
Josh Brolin: No Country for Old Men. Iconic.
John Malkovich: Dangerous Liaisons. First serious film of his I've seen.

John Cusack - Being John Malkovich
Kristen Stewart - Spencer. Dunno, I don't think there's one in partcular I always go back to, her Diana because of how recent it is
Rachel Weisz - The Mummy. A favourite as a kid
Jennifer Tilly - Bride of Chucky. A favorite as a kid
Alicia Vikander - Irma Vep. Because I'm currently watching it
Claire Danes - Homeland. After 15 years of doing the same shit....
Nicolas Cage - Leaving Las Vegas. Maybe because I've never been much of a fan and never dive into his filmography
Mark Wahlberg - The Departed. Same as Cage, never a fan and this was the one time I liked him a lot
Josh Brolin - No Country for Old Men. But actually I always think of Barbra Streisand every time he's on screen, lol
John Malkovich - Places in the Heart. His most unusual roles (or the ones where he feels sortof miscast) always come to mind first.

John Cusack - 1408 this was probably the first Cusack movie I watched and we were talking about King adaptations the other day. Kristen Stewart - Spencer Truly one of the best ever, how could I not think of this one first. Rachel Weisz - The Constant Gardener The movie where I first discovered I loved Weisz Jennifer Tilly - Bullets Over Broadway It was either this or that Chucky sequel Alicia Vikander - The Danish Girl (unfortunately) Claire Danes - Little Women I actually can't think of any other Clair Danes films. Nicolas Cage - National Treasure childhood favorite Mark Wahlberg - Boogie Nights seeing this as a teen, let's just say it left a big impression Josh Brolin - Milk Remember seeing this at a time when I was first becoming obsessed with lists and lineups lol. Don't like the perf as much anymore but I do remember liking it a lot at the time John Malkovich - Empire of the Sun Underrated king

Ok, doing this literally:
John Cusack - Say Anything was the title that came to mind but I pictured him from High Fidelity Kristen Stewart - Twilight Rachel Weisz - The Mummy Jennifer Tilly - Bride of Chucky Alicia Vikander - Tomb Raider Claire Danes - Romeo & Juliet Nicolas Cage - National Treasure Mark Wahlberg - The Departed, although the first thing I visualized was the billboards of him for Wahlburgers. Josh Brolin - No Country for Old Men John Malkovich - Being John Malkovich
