Probably not beating Us but a $60-65 million opening would still be great nonetheless. Jordan Peele is a legitimate household name now.

Good, but not overwhelming for Nope, but oof for Thor, I enjoyed it, but it's clear audiences haven't responded that well to you.

Doing three gonzo weird horror movies in a row is cool and all, but I do think there's potential for him to get repetitive eventually.

Horror is his favorite genre and I know he’s talked about that’s the genre through how he best views the world and tells his stories but to me he’s progressing so well in his filmmaking craft I feel he could make an impact in so many different genres with his ideas and sense of humor/comedy. He’s made a huge impact in the Horror genre and with Nope, he’s leaning into Sci-Fi. Would love to see him just considered a great director period and not just a great horror director. And with an Oscar already and a brand name that does good business at the box office, I have no doubt he can attract A-List star talent (Denzel, Samuel L. Jackson, etc) to his projects.

I'd be genuinely curious to see how he handled more prestigey dramatic fare.
