Shooter is still at large. This is in Highland Park, Illinois. 24 seriously hurt, 6 already confirmed dead. I saw an interview with a man who was carrying his son and he said he put his son in the dumpster to escape the shots. Quick thinking. The fact that this person was letting off shots from the roof and able to escape because he can blend into that crowd - that type of situation terrifies me.
