One of my most anticipated shows of 2016, I couldnt catch it when it was on air, and with the Emmy nominations coming up this summer, I really want to catch up. It's only available on FXNOW but I don't have a cable subscription, and unlike HBO Now, you can't just sign up. FX shows usually stream on Netflix or Hulu, but it's a mystery of when that'll be and with what streaming platform. Should I just buy the season off Amazon? It's not something I like doing but without cable it's my only option of staying caught up with current shows that aren't streaming elsewhere (currently doing with Fargo because it's too important to wait for).

Once I click on the play button on the thumbnail, it brings me to the episode page, but instead of a player, it just shows a blank black square (with no clickable buttons) on the left side of the screen. Edit: Just tried it on Safari instead of Google Chrome. It actually seemed like it was going to work, but then a message popped up saying this video service isn't available in countries outside of Australia. Oh well...

Now you know how it feels to be on the other side of region blocking .

It's up on Hulu now.
Watched it, pretty meeeeeh overall. Glover is solid, but I'm not really sure why this show gives zero shits about plot. It's not nearly funny enough or interesting enough to pull it off. And Glover is comparing this to something from Lynch or the Coen brothers? Jesus. Pretty much everyone that's not a main character is one dimensional and ridiculous, and most of the episodes leave zero impact.
Tyree Henry and Stanfield are the only reason I might watch a second season.

This season is a work of art - thoughts?
The standalone episodes are a bit jarring, but damn, each one tackled something so topical and richly thematic. I wanted more.
Love the main trio as always. I wasn't feeling Van this season but I'm glad the finale focused on her a bit more.

I loved it. Glad I'm not the only one who hasn't gotten to season 4 yet The standalone episodes were a key part of why I liked it so much. In fact... They probably were my favourites. Definitely prefer it to seasons 1 and 2.

Season 3 is a trip. Glover had said in an interview a while back that he wanted Atlanta to be like Twin Peaks and I definitely got that sense with this season.
Just started season 4 after a long hiatus and so far so good. I'm excited to see how he concludes it.
