You have a sex drive, whether you watch porn or not. So if it weren't internet porn, you'd get off to something else. Ever seen balls kicking videos on YouTube? I get off to them sometimes.

Better heels than combat boots.

Better heels than combat boots. I hate those things. The world would be a better place if everyone wore desert boots or lifting shoes

So I have two auditions coming up, tomorrow and on Saturday for some upcoming plays that are casting now. One is for a supporting role, the other a lead. Honestly don't know what the fuck to expect because this is the first time auditioning for something like this. Nervous out of my mind but ready to kick some arse. Got the supporting role!! This character is a lot more intriguing than the lead one so super happy. ππ

I'm at work and a lady just came in and got super mad at me cause she tripped. She goes, "I just think you should know: I just tripped out there, and I'm pregnant, and it's very dangerous, and you need to do something about that," and there was a tone. I went and checked and the floor isn't wet or anything. She just tripped.
Like I'm sorry you fell, but I don't know how to make regular floors safer for you. We kinda hammered out the flaws in that design back in vampire times when we realized floors work best flat. If dry, flat surfaces give you trouble, maybe just stay home.

Pretty packed day.
Didn't get much sleep last night because I had to study for a test, which I took first thing in the morning. Have no idea how that went.
Then a French lesson.
Then a work-related meeting.
Then I went to the cinema and saw Hiroshima Mon Amour for the first time, which I'll try and rewatch sometime this weekend because I kept dozing on and off throughout the first half (due to being so sleep-deprived).
Then I had a nasty fight and now the end might be nigh for my 4-year relationship.
Wondering what else I can cram in the last 2 hours of the day.

That sounds amazing. Reminds me of two weeks ago when a load of shit went down.
Weird year.

I realized taking notes in topology today that when I'm writing a lowercase "f" in a word, I write it from the bottom up and then cross it, but if I'm writing it in the context of a function "f(x)" I write it from the top down and then cross. It has caused me a deep psychological distress, cause I keep trying to put it aside and see what happens naturally, but then I find myself thinking ahead to an "f" coming up and I get all stuck in my head about it.
But it is so consistent. Cause later on I was helping some calc kids, and was trying to really drive home the fact that "f" isn't a special letter for functions and "x" isn't a special letter for variables. So on the board I wrote "x(f)=f2" and asked what "x'(f)" was, and realized when I wrote that I wrote the $f$s from the bottom up. So somewhere in my brain there's some wiring that says we write function "f"s from the top down and non-function "f"s from the bottom up, and it's just got me all kinds of messed up in the noggin.
So now there's a self-consciousness every time I'm writing anything that for the life of me I just can't shake, and I really can't overstate how much it's affecting me psychologically. This is a very important thing that's happened in my life and I needed to share it. Thank you for your time.

Some people will just complain about anything. A) She probably got embarrassed by tripping so she complained to you. B) Like its your problem about the floors and you should repair the floors right in front of the idiot. I work in customer service and can believe any shit a customer gives you. I like that it doesn't bother you and you know how to handle stupidity .

Yeah, I worked in retail for a few years before this job, which is also basically customer service except I also have to change lightbulbs, so I'm well equipped for this kind of nonsense. It's a double-edged sword that I also have this deeply pathological need to be liked, which has served me well in the customer service arena, except that it also leave me with this, like, retributive blue-balls where I think of mean things to say about people that I can't actually say, and that's why I have to use this as an outlet for that energy.

I think I shocked quite a few of you today. I guess I had this squeaky clean image and I think that is no more after a certain Facebook post about pornifying film titles. I may be a virgin, but that doesn't prevent me from knowing the terminoligy and using it is provocative wordplay!

Even though I'm 19, I didn't get my learners drivers license (which you can get here when you're 16) until February last year (through choice I may add). I did one lesson with my Mum in May but then just got too busy. Well luckily for me ( i guess...) we have started doing semi regular lessons again and I've actually been doing alright so far... I think.

Exams gone for good! π *Sigh of relief* and it went great too, so YAAAS π Congrats to both of you as a person who could never have any kind of driver's license (I'm not even gonna try I just knew I'd be an awful driver) and someone who had to go through far too many exams I'm wondering if I should see GitS today. It fits perfectly after work and the only thing that is keeping me from seeing is that it's 10 mins walk and I'm so tired I think I'll go, at least Mansell did the score so that's something to listen to there. And it's short which is a blessing after a hellish week at work #sotired

Went to library to grab a Pynchon novel. I took a gander to the DVD section, which usually has a pretty awful selection, and I found Lawrence of Arabia, Ran, The Squid and the Whale, The Straight Story, and Yi Yi. All of which I've never seen before. I'm pretty excited!
