For me, For Your Eyes Only has the opposite problem Licence to Kill has - the verses are boring, but the chorus is better.

Soooo 80s. My #17. It's not really my jam, but sorta catchy.

I had this one ranked a few spots lower, but I'm surprised this isn't higher because I know some people really love this one. It was actually a hard one for me to rank because it reeks of cringey 80s cheese.... but I still can't help but enjoy it....

Just about right. I have it at #13. Definitely middle of the road. Bassey is always welcome, but this never thrilled me.

Glad to see GoldenEye this high. I feel like the song is a little divisive, but I love it. Turner's vocals just drip sex, and the song gets better as it goes along.

#10T”Surrender” from Tomorrow Never Dies
Performed by k.d. lang Written by David Arnold, David McAlmont, and Don Black

it is worth noting that because it was a late inclusion, it didn’t make some ballots, otherwise it would have been higher. I know I put it in my top ten

Goldfinger, Skyfall, Live and Let Die, The World is Not Enough, and Nobody Does it Better for the top 5? You Know My Name will have at least two #1 votes. It is top 5 for sure.

Exactly the right placement. Not the best of the Craig-era, haunting melodies, but it is certainly a fit for what they attempted with this iteration of the character. Although it doesn't have the lyrical depth of Skyfall or YKMN.

I had this one a LOT lower. The main melodic lick is good, but only when it's in the strings, the vocals are bland to me, and the "Japanese" sounding elements are embarrassing.
