seeing the jay duo and horford getting a chip after 6/7 years of heartbreak after heartbreak was well worth the wait. esp the jays. 4 years or so of people saying to split them up cause they βcanβt coexistβ. mad happy for those group of guys. dwhite, jrue, and KP seem like cool dudes too so iβm happy for them. first (and hopefully not only) chip i ever got to witness so this one will always have a special place in my heart.

Insane that teams are still willing to give up all their draft capital when both the #1 seeds this past year were teams primarily built through stockpiling draft picks. Even crazier that a team would think Mikal Bridges specifically is worth 4, maybe 5 first-round picks.

huge overpay but from a knicks fans perspective itβll pay off if the knicks win at least one chip (been like 30 years for knicks fans). theyβre going all in for the next 4-5 years so i like the balls to the wall trade for the villanova boys. mikal is a great fit. an even better trade overall for brooklyn tho. all those picks for someone of mikals ability is just nutty. general managers are gonna see this and up their asking price this off season lmao.
will be interesting to see if they can retain OG and/or hartenstein. apparently the plan is to get OG back but if they get OG back i find it hard for them to sign hartenstein as well. dolans gonna be paying so much in luxury tax. i could see a team like OKC throwing the bag at hartenstein since they have the room for a huge contract and are in need for a rebounding presence. they like to play 5 out tho so who knows. i think hartenstein would be such a great get for them. allows chet to move to the 4 too. a chet/hartenstein front court duo would be great rim presence

It's a great fit because Mikal will never take a game off and Thibs will never allow players to have breaks. We might see the first man to die of exhaustion on an NBA court.

Wow, if all those Pelicans players can stay healthy (ha!) that's a hell of a team now.

holy shit. swap caruso (a lockdown defender who can hit the three) for giddey (a player that was unplayable this last playoff run) and then a sign a center that fills one of your biggest holes (rebounding woes). hartenstein is a damn good passing and playmaking big too with great defense. they also still have their 837392 picks left too.
thunder are gonna be champions within these next three years. presti killed it
