His career doesn't need saving but there is a huge chunk of this board that wrongly thinks Robert De Niro's does and I'm pretty much betting an f'n kidney that he wins BSA in 2022....... If he doesn't count ....Russell Crowe and his 20+ years of sh it (including Unhinged ) gives me no pleasure and he was great .........once upon a time........a long time ago.......

I'd rescue James Spader from network television.

But why do you think Michelle's career needs to be "saved"? Just recently she was a Globe nominee/in Oscar contention (French Exit), part of commercially successful films (MCU stuff, Maleficent), currently in an upcoming miniseries with big names that will possibly gonna get her another Emmy nom (and she got her first only 5 years ago). Sure, there are things like "Where is Kyra?" which no one had seen but still it was a critically acclaimed performance in an actual good film. It's not like she's doing 7 straight-to-VOD action films back to back in one year.

Either of them. Oh yes to Willis ... sad thing is, he ( maybe Depp too) doesn't seem to care anymore. when discussing his recent movies trashes, analyzers on youtube mention he doesn't show up on sets and when he does he's not prepared etc.

Lotta good picks already...... agree with Spader (did I recently suggest him as Ben Franklin??? Desperate fans calls for desperate measures, though I had my reasons)....... Eric Roberts (I'm hoping with Babylon an ace role and some Best Pic contending to boost him up). H/M to John Cusack.......and Barbara Hershey (who should be heading a serious Scorsese-produced series or something by now)...... but I'm going with Depp of course - Nikan was correct at go! Love his next, French-language Louis XV.... then do a role in Pacino's Lear or your own Bard, Richard III or Iago.... then Pop 1280 with Yorgos.... QT's Bounty Law... Teddy Roosevelt bio...... Herzog's Fordlandia.... a horror with Cage.... mix 'em together and boom, career saved.

William H. Macy. I honestly thought he'd have an Oscar by now.

Depp and Watts were the first I thought of.
What is Faye Dunaway doing these days ? does she care, otherwise is nort worth saving
Her career is not a disaster (at all) but I fount it baffling how Angela Bassett is not doing more prestigious films these days. She had an incredible run in the 90s, I thought she would have an oscar by now.
Just an advice to Claire, Homeland needs to finish asap.
Not her biggest fan, but Hathaway deserves better.

Can I go back in time and prevent Winona Ryder from going into that store?

Emma Watson.
She is still young and doesn't necessarily need to be saved but as someone with power i'd like to get her some auteur projects or at least a Marvel gig.

Not her biggest fan, but Hathaway deserves better. I think she deservedly crashed. She lasted big about 15 seconds, and people stopped caring. Epitome of a brief little fling. Even Renee Zellweger gave us at least 7 good years 1996-2003, but looks like she's back now - at least somewhat.

I wouldn't call it a save as I'm pretty sure it was a voluntary, conscious decision, but Gwyneth Paltrow.
I am also dying to see a career revival for Sissy Spacek.

This is a weird choice for most people, but..... I'll say Mischa Barton. She's one of the few actresses I was obsessed with as a teenager. Like, the personification of perfection to my 16 year old mind. She's been off the radar forever now, and her looks are pretty much gone, but I long for a revival of those 2003-2004 years where I crushed hard on a few female celebrities. Some others I was obsessed with: Kate Beckinsale, Zhang Ziyi, Katie Holmes. All of them are pretty much off the radar now. Kate's slutty daughter makes more noise these days than mother - with her incessant naked Onlyfans selfies.

Maybe he's not completely down in the dumps, he gets a really good part every five years or so, but Edward Norton. Would be great if he had a Mcconaughey type comeback and had like three big prestige films in a row.
