I would put Basic Instinct at 1 and Fatal Attraction at 2,but other than that,good list.I love a good erotic thriller.I can't wait for Adrian Lynne's next film,Deep Water.

They're kind of playing it fast and loose with the term erotic thriller, as a lot of these movies have next to nothing in common. That said, while I've not seen numbers 13 and 15, I'm going to guess there's no definition of the term that gets The Boy Next Door into a top 15.
Bound? Possession? The Woman Next Door? To Die For and Eyes Wide Shut could both qualify, as could a couple other Cronenberg movies, couple of other Verhoeven movies too, Lust Caution, Mulholland Drive even? Could throw a whole bunch of noirs in there even if they couldn't get away with being as overtly erotic.
Anyway, I think The Last Seduction is far better than all those other movies. Handmaiden would be a not too distant runner-up.

I like most of those but the inclusion of "The Boy Next Door" is totally ridiculous.

I will tell you this - Basic Instinct isn't even Paul Verhoeven's best erotic thriller much less top 10 tbh

Not a fan of this list. I'm a fan of most of the films, but they could've made some much better choices. Also, wtf is Crash doing on here? It's one of my all time favorite movies but, even though it does have a lot of sex in it, calling it an erotic thriller is completely missing it's point. That film is anything but erotic.

Love Crash and The Last Seduction , enjoyed Body Heat and (to some extend) Basic Instinct, don't remember anything except G.Close from Fatal Attraction.
Was The Hand that Rocked the Cradle even erotic? overall silly list.
