Forgive me my Welles brethren. I rewatched Chimes after I submitted my list — I would’ve had it around at least #10 . Masterpiece

La Notte had 8 voters? Didn't know there were many Antonioni fans on this board. I didn't vote for it personally.
They Shoot Horses Don't They? at #39. There is something deeply wrong with that.
And La Jetee at #36????? Get the fuck out of here. I'm glad I gave it that highest ranking doe.

After only two horror so far- Repulsion, Hour of the Wolf- we are graced with a back to back. Two brilliant horrors and in different ways. Cremator has a masterful, mesmeric style that summons its disturbing vision- Romero’s an American indie landmark, a pop-cultural bang, and ahead of the curve in its racial subtxt.

#31"I must have you alive. Alive, as you have already been every evening, for weeks, for months." What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? 1961 - Alan Resnais88 points on 5 ballots Highest Placement: #2 on 1 ballot I think you wrote down the wrong title, but Last Year at Marienbad was my #3. Another one that is criminally low, considering I have a hard time thinking there are 30 movies that was seriously voted higher.

Who else voted L'Avventura #1????
Anyways, all my favorites are probably gone now. I can't see any more really hardcore favorite making it from this point on.
