The max could be 5 years from what I've seen (a firearm being used probably beefs up the charge) but I seriously doubt they'd push for that or get it if they tried. A rich white male movie star is not getting multiple years behind bars for involuntary manslaughter regardless of the verdict. Just something to keep in mind no matter where you fall on his guilt or innocence. Dude will probably just get community service and/or probation. Maybe some kind of firearm safety training but idk if court can mandate that

surely they indicted him on the basis of his being a producer generally responsible for the crew's safety and not for pulling the trigger on a prop weapon.

Rust Armorer Hannah Guitierrez Reed found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death if cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. She was found not guilty of evidence tampering. She has been taken into custody to await sentencing. She faces up to three years in prison. The case will now focus on Alec Baldwin, whose trial is scheduled for July 9th.
