Curious how big of a role Pugh will have... surely Nolan wouldn't pass up the opportunity to emphasize the death of a female love interest... The brevity of this desciption relative to the other two made me laugh for some reason...

Quite happy for Hartnett and his current career resurrection. After turning down Batman he'll finally work with Nolan. Pretty cool.

Christ ! I completely forgot about Josh Hartnett 's existence. One of my many teenage crushes. Nice to see him getting work again.

I was able to watch him film Inception last time. So I'm going to be on the lookout for him this time around too.

Yeah if he's filming in LA, it's likely going to be largely done in studio.

I saw him filming the scene where they are all out in the middle of the street. That is the same exact spot in Social Network where Mark is leaving the building and Sean (Timberlake) is yelling at him.

Cillian Murphy talking about the film in the new issue of Esquire. Makes it sound like it won't be a straightfoward biopic (which I don't think anyone really expected, but still cool to hear from Murphy anyway): And another brief excerpt from Interview magazine:

I hope this film is a straight forward biography/history film focused on the character and the emotional quotient. Don't want another puzzle from Nolan.

I think he could do an unconventional biopic that is still character-focused with a strong emotional core (he was able to marry a puzzle-like structure with more emotional/character-based elements in something like Memento, for instance). But I agree that I'm hoping this represents a a change of pace in terms of where he's channeling his energies (from spectacle to something a little more character-centric).

I think this is the casting I've been most excited about with those movie... Though I'm really hoping this is Blunt's best performance since Sicario.
