The Personal History of David Copperfield shits on every single one of these.

The Personal History of David Copperfield shits on every single one of these. That Mulan, Ma Rainey and Chicago 7 got nods over it is such a joke

The Personal History of David Copperfield shits on every single one of these. As does Emma.

is the ADG like the other guilds where they only nominate members? If that's the case, Cristina Casali and Kave Quinn might've been ineligible.

Here are the eligible movies in all categories (many of them with presentations which are absolutely worth seeing!): adg.org/awards/adg/eligible-projects/film/

Maybe BAFTA can breathe more life into their chances.

The Personal History of David Copperfield shits on every single one of these. As usual, these guild awards vote on their favorite movies, not the movies that deserve nominations more on each specific category.

In that case it's just an embarrassing omission. Maybe BAFTA can breathe more life into their chances. Not with David Copperfield because it was eligible at last year's BAFTAs but I also hope that Emma gets its due! For me it's the #1 production design achievement of the season.

Why wasn't Love and Monsters eligible? I loved what Dan Hennah did with sets in that film. The Fallout-style bunkers and decimated overgrown towns.

I'm pretty sure all guild awards can only nominate guild members. It's Guild by Guild, and I think WGA is the only one super adamant about it, for example Tarantino was nominated by DGA for Pulp Fiction but didn't become a DGA member until years later. Łukasz Żal won ASC for Cold War, but isn't listed on their website as a member.
