We all have scenes that touch us so deeply that even just the thought of them swells our heart.
The Piano: The famous "finger" scene. Au Revoir Les Enfants: The very last scene. Nights of Cabiria: Here as well, the very last scene. Inside Out: "Take her to the moon for me". Dead Poets Society: I know this is a cheaper one, but that "Captain My Captain" on the school tables kills me every time.
What are yours, if you have any?

There's three in The Green Mile:
"That... was my best time." "Au revoir, mon ami. Je t'aime, mon petit." "I's afraid of the dark."

The reunion scene in Room destroys me every single time.
And not a scene but every time I think of the character Mariam from the book A Thousand Splendid Suns, I just get ðŸ˜

On their own, none that come to mind. But if I'm already in my feelings that scene in Fox and the Hound where she has to leave Tod in the woods could get me going. that damn song

Ok the gif looks creepy out of context, but that last line of Willy Wonka gets me for some reason, even if I'm just quoting it to someone

"Hold me, please" from Tyrannosaur makes me choke up every time I think about it. I'm getting teary eyed as I write this.
The scene when Mikako tells Noboru that her next message will take years to reach him from Voices of a Distant Star is pretty close. That final "I'm sorry" as postscript broke me as a kid.

Yeah, gotta agree with Pacinoeyes' mention of "The Godfather: Part III" - just thinking about that opera sequence and its finale brings out the goosebumps and palpable sorrow.
I'll also go with the ending of the third (and hopefully final) season of "Twin Peaks" - thoughts of that final shot and sound send me into a stupor. That feeling always comes back, it's like a well that will never run out of water.
And I know I'm like the only one who loves that movie here but the ending of "The BFG" just melts my heart.

The ending of Toy Story 3 The ending of Brief Encounter The ending of Big The ending of Sansho the Bailiff The scene near the end of The Dark Knight Rises when Gordon asks Batman if the city should know the identity of the hero who saved them as he's about to sacrifice himself, and there's the flashback to Batman Begins after Batman tells Gordon "A hero can be anyone. Even a man doing something as simple and reassuring as putting a coat around a young boy's shoulders to let him know that the world hadn't ended."

Off the top of my head:
Another Year - "As long as I've got you then I'm alright" Running on Empty - "I think it's too much to ask" Beautiful Thing - "What have you ever had to fight for in your life?" The fantasy reunion in Longtime Companion.
