There's another moving in the making. This whole thing has been insane. The hedge fund needs to cover but don't have the shares to do so.

I know this has dominated the internet the past week and the White House are aware of the situation, but this deserves much more mainstream attention because it's a huge story. This saga has already proved better effectiveness than Occupy Wall Street because this has had actual financial consequences. These cowardly fat cats are calling for regulation, which just further underlines the hypocrisy of market manipulation only favouring the rich.

Dogecoin pumping now, I’ll just mention here instead of starting a new thread. Retail is discovering shitcoins and it’s gonna be like a gateway drug, this mania is gonna go beyond doge. Welcome to alt season, strap in

It's not like this is an actual good investment, though. The only people to make money on this are going to be the first ones to dump it, everyone else is going to get burned because Gamespot isn't actually a successful business. It's basically a ponzi scheme, the money is only coming from new investors and you can't keep that up indefinitely. Nothing about this is illegal and to start with it was just trolls who didn't mind throwing around a little money and gamblers who were aware it was a risk and want to try and ride the whirlwind before dumping it at the right time. Now that it's gotten more mainstream, though I hope you don't see saps putting their life savings into it thinking it's going to make them rich. Gamestop is still probably not going to exist within 10 years.

I'm just happy that watching an anime about a naked wolf girl and her merchant friend manipulating the stock market of medieval Germany has been helpful in allowing me to follow this story. SEE, MOM!? IT WAS GOOD FOR ME, I LEARNED SO MUCH!
