I've never met a Cronenberg I didn't like, but I am sadly missing this (and Videodrome).

Has anyone noticed there have been 0 Carpenters so far?
3 were on my list.
I highly doubt any of them would make it at this point.

After Hours deserves even higher - considering it's Marty's 80s best.

Oddly enough, he might've had too good of a decade to place more than 1 here - my favs are Big Trouble and Prince of Darkness - and Starman. I think after the Thing the majority favs maybe too spread?

#1 on 4 Ballots - only 5 pts from The Fly which didn't make anybody's Top 5!

Cronenberg had like 4. I didn't know there was much difference between those 2 in general movie forums. But on here, Cronenberg is liked more - I'm guessing that's because he made a more recent comeback with A History of Violence and then Cosmopolis (some people liked it).

My cinema heart loves seeing Jean de and Blow Out next to each other but #30-29?! They are the best / my favorite of the decade. Last time I watched Blow Out, I rated it 11/10. Whoever voted for it #1, you are the whole bottle and a drop.

I watched Blow Out in preparation for this presentation, and found it... fine? Take out the ending and beginning, and it's just your normal conspiracy thriller movie. I like it okay, I'm just a bit thrown off by all the love it gets.
