Do short films count? Because I have an original score that would make my list from Voices of a Distant Star if we're allowing 25 minute long films.
I'm cutting out the song that begins the soundtrack, since it isn't technically part of the score.

for now I'll just FYC this lovely Mike Leigh piece of kitchen sink depression. All or Nothing, with heart-wrenching performances from Spall (among his very best) and Lesley Manville, and strong supporting turns from Ruth Sheen and then-unknown Sally Hawkins. If we can at least get Spall nominated for this, that will be all my dreams coming true at once

I'm cutting out the song that begins the soundtrack, since it isn't technically part of the score. Good question. I'm inclined to restrict this to feature length films, but we can see if others feel differently.

don't neglect Secretary! FYC for Gyllenhaal obviously (and she should win if there's any justice) and also for Spader and Adapted Screenplay. Calling on all of MA's perverts and kinksters to make this happen
