This bitch ain't leaving. Nope, his dictatorship is in full swing now that he’s lost (bigly) and so he, his criminally corrupt thug family and the other embarrassing cronies in his circle are shamelessly trying to steal a free and fair election in front of the world’s eyes. The country has never been at a lower point than it is now. This made me chuckle however..... He is not a Dictator, he was elected according to the US Law, so his presidency could not be a Dictatorship. I don't think he could proove anything, except winning a couple of swing states, and winning a dozen more seats for the Republican Party.- And for that is the main reason of recounting existence.- I think he is hurting the system which is a bad sign for Democracy, but he has the right to do it.-

HA! That's what Chavez and Maduro defenders always say. Funny how ultimately all autocrats are the same, regardless of ideology.

NOOOOOOO!!! The Constitution still the same of 1776.- The law allow to make a recount.- I have to agree, that he said in the worst way.- Maybe you don't like, but he ruled according the law.- He use the law in his favor in a mercenary way, I conceded that, but Barack Obama used in the same way.- In the last election, representant that at first, were adjudicated to the Republican Party ended in the Democratic Party in the recount, and nobody prosted about it.- You have no right to compare Donald Trump with Maduro or Chavez, million of people emigrated from Venezuela, por political and economic reasons. And these people gave to Trump the Florida Victory. I guess they know Maduro much better than you and I.-

If Joe Biden would just say he doesn't advocate for ANY Constitutional change at all - No Court packing, no electoral college change, no Washington DC being a state.........I'd maybe fall in love with the Democratic Party again tbh. Those things are potentially more autocratic than anything Trump actually did - he waited for judges to die/retire and when they died he appointed judges.........seems perfectly fine to me.....and he'll get out by Jan 20th too ........everyone needs to calm down really........this is a democratic republic working - the most engaged electorate ever voted, both candidates set a voting record.......Trump has a right to lawsuits.........and when he loses lawsuits he has the obligation to GTFO. Which he will........his big mouth is the problem but overall.........all is well in the US.......now are we ever going to have a thread about the new President and what he's going to do or are we never going to break up with Donald Trump

Not disputing your point but what they did was not in any way a violation of the Constitution nor required any changing of the Constitution either........

Not, the President choose the judge with the senate aprooval. Obama had not enough votes, because the Republican Party dominated the Senate.- so when Trump win with a Republican Majority, Trump choosed his candidate and the senate aprooved them.-

There’s a process that needs to be followed which is also legal. And let’s not act like the size of the Supreme Court hasn’t been changed in the past (in fact the precedent for previous changes is applicable today) or territories haven’t become states.

Any way there are always excuses.-

Nah, the Satanic Turtle wasn't looking at race .........he was looking at his Party and power and exercising it (legally, within the Constitution.......... if somewhat cruelly/cynically). ......that is really the only "fact". On a different note today - Nov 13th - is actually Merrick Garland's birthday (seriously, turns 68 today) .......

The orange psychopath isn't going to go quietly is he?.What an embarrassment. Nope. He doesn't want to admit that he lost to that loser and a half Joe Biden. Trump is like that crazy uncle everyone in the family knows you should never invite to parties because he's a drunk fool. The people who voted this fool into office had 30 years of Trump's persona to know that he was that drunk uncle and now good luck dealing with his ass cause he won't leave the party.

His refusal to at least be decent about this whole thing just tells you that he has way too many enablers.

This is how stupid Trump is as he continues what I personally like to call "The Stacey Abrams tour of denying reality" He had about the best election you could hope for......and he's still not happy ........sigh. * His party is likely keeping the Senate. * He got OVER 10 million MORE votes this time than 2016 as of now - already over 10 MILLION (?!?) AND.... * " It's been almost two weeks since Election Day, and Democrats still haven't won a *single one* of the 27 House races in @cookpolitical's Toss Up column." That's an incredible stat -- especially when you consider that the Democratic presidential nominee won 306 electoral votes (and a 4-million-plus popular vote margin) at the top of the ticket. And especially when you factor in the predictions of House Democratic leaders and independent handicappers that Democrats were poised to net double-digit seats and widen their majority." www.cnn.com/2020/11/17/politics/2020-house-races-majority/index.html
