...for I'm Thinking Of Endings?
Her performance has been receiving rave reviews so who knows? She may surprise us all in a few months.

She deserves it but I don't think so.

Was on the verge of clicking 'yes' until I saw "for I'm Thinking of Ending Things". That movie isn't going anywhere near the Oscars. She has a decent shot next year for Nightmare Alley though.

She's a lot of fun, but there's no goddamn way.

She was fantastic, running the gamut of, well, everything you can do as an actor really. Unfortunately, the Oscars aren't gonna touch that movie with a ten foot pole.

By now she should have at least another nod to her name, but if it didn't happen for Hereditary is even more unlikely it will happen for this ( btw I don't understand the praise here, maybe because it was so obviously designed to show her skills, and that goes for Thewlis as well. I think both performances stands out for the wrong reasons. I'll wait next year for Nightmare Alley, she has a great role in it.

Definitely not any other year, probably not this year (I mean the best chance for an off-beat film to get any ground is this one, so I'd say there is a 1% chance rather than a 0% chance).
