Since it's Halloween season, I thought it was would be neat to see what horror classics people around here haven't seen and might be urged by others to see etc.
For me...
Night of the Living Dead (1968) Dawn of the Dead (1978) Hellraiser (1987) Audition (2000) They Live (1988) Carnival of Souls (1962)

quite a lot actually! on this year's docket:Night of the Living Dead (1968) Candyman (1992) The Hills Have Eyes (1977) on the backburner:Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) From Dusk Till Dawn (1996) Friday the 13th (1980) The Lost Boys (1987) Don't Look Now (1973) Final Destination (2000) Deep Red (1975) (still waiting for an Italian-language version to land in my lap so it might be awhile) etc... This^ stuff will be spread out over the next few years. I like to pad out my October watchlists with a combination of popular classics with more moderately popular and more obscure stuff because I don't want to spend the whole month just catching up on movies most people have already seen. @ speeders I can definitely vouch for Hellraiser and Carnival of Souls. Former is an insane gorefest, latter is a mysterious atmospheric chiller. Both feature really solid lead performances.

I've got Tetsuo: The Iron Man and The Long Hair of Death lined up for this month. Been meaning to watch them for ages.
