And I mean like a top movies top movies list, not just one favorite film. I'm curious because I'm sure we had shit taste back then, or at least to our eyes.
Now, please don't judge me, this was back in like 2007 to early 2008 when I used nothing but IMDb list as my go to list. I ignored TSPDT, Sight & Sound, etc. and just always said that this was THE list. That changed when a certain Batman film came in the top 5 and yeah...if you don't know the story, either PM or you can reply the question here and I might respond. I don't want to get into detail about that. But I know people who've been around IMDb that time knows what I'm talking about. Maybe they can reply for me if you can.
Anyway, this is my best knowledge so please excuse the order:
1. The Godfather 1 & 2 2. Schindler's List 3. Pulp Fiction 4. The Shawshank Redemption 5. Star Wars Episode IV and V 6. The Lord of the Rings trilogy 7. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest 8. Seven Samurai 9. The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly 10. Casablanca 11. 12 Angry Men 12. Rear Window 13. Goodfellas 14. City of God 15. Raiders of the Lost Ark 16. Once Upon a Time in the West 17. Psycho 18. The Usual Suspects 19. Dr. Strangelove 20. Sunset Blvd. HM: Citizen Kane
Again, don't judge me because this was my old top movies list and some aren't eve in the top 100. I'll admit, 8 or 9 of those are are still in my top 20, most are in my top 100, but 2 of those aren't there anymore, especially Usual Suspects and I don't think it'll come back after knowing that two of the people who worked on the film are creeps.

I wish I had access to all the lists on my old IMDb account, but unfortunately I forgot the password. Oh well.
Anyway to the best of my recollection, my top 15 list in around 2014 (when I was 14) looked vaguely like:
1. A Clockwork Orange 2. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest 3. Birdman 4. Stand by Me 5. The Shining 6. Spaceballs 7. The Evil Dead 8. Annie Hall 9. 12 Angry Men 10. Fight Club 11. Boyhood 12. To Kill a Mockingbird 13. Halloween 14. The Nightmare Before Christmas 15. Clerks

I have no list kept from back then (about 15-20 years ago) but I remember three movies I had in my top-20, which I don't anymore. Philadelphia, Forrest Gump and Se7en.
I still like them a lot (esp. Se7en) but they are not that high now. Many classic movies I've seen since then have replaced them (and others I can't remember).
