Tbh Dan Levy and Annie Murphy were blatant category frauds. They were just as leading as O'Hara and Eugene Levy, if not more.

Damn I was not expecting Zendaya but her speech is wonderful! You could tell she was genuinely shocked

I hope they've just been bad at choosing clips the past few years for Shitt's Creek because it doesn't look funny to me AT ALL. Tbh I think seasons 2 to 5 are the funniest. Season 6 is generally weaker in relation to the show's mid-seasons, and I find the finale a tad underwhelming. Season 2's finale is the single best episode of the show imo. The party sequence in the end is absolute perfection, and it's got Eugene Levy and Annie Murphy's best work.

Congratulations to Dr. Manhattan for winning Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series and Dr. Manhattan for winning Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. That was a nice touch, with Yaya and Crudup both winning.

Also, although it was announced prior I was happy for The Last Dance to win Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series...one of the great sports docs on one of the great sports dynasties.

Happy for Zendaya and Levy. And most of all for The Last Dance.

So happy for both Succession and Schitt's Creek, both amongst the best of their genres of the last few years. Particularly happy for the latter, which I always saw as a total underdog, and each of those acting wins are hugely deserved (Murphy!!).
I wasn't as head-over-heels for Watchmen as most seem to be, but it certainly had moments/episodes of real power and relevance, so I don't begrudge its big success one bit.

Is this the first sweep for acting categories (sans Guest) ? All in the Family did it twice, and Angels in America as well.
