I don’t see a thread for this yet. Anyways this is pretty strange so far but they’re certainly trying. Will probably be better than the creative arts Emmys.

Eugene Levy's first acting Emmy too! Creek gonna run away with all the wins? Dan Levy & Annie Murphy both deserve wins too, let's see....

I think the Emmys are really celebrating the farewell season aspect of Schitt’s Creek. I could picture Dan Levy winning for writing

I hope they've just been bad at choosing clips the past few years for Shitt's Creek because it doesn't look funny to me AT ALL.

Missed that Jason Bateman lost Guest Actor-The Outsider to Ron Jones-This Is Us. I actually didn't' finish The Outsider but saw Batemans episodes and it's an astonishingly strong perf. ANNIE MURPHY - brilliant perf, at the beginning actually matches Moira, but Moira gets funnier (and funnier), Alexis gets a little introspective and actually quite moving

Awesome! Congrats to Regina King, by far the best performance in her category.
Now time for Jean Smart to get her Emmy for Watchmen as well! King and Smart were brilliant together.

Cate Blanchett and Hugh Jackman's performances are some of the best I've seen. Kinda bummed they didn't win.

I had no idea this was on now. I am happy that Annie Murphy and Catherine O'Hara won. They totally deserved it.

Watchmen won limited series! Congrats to Yaya Abdul Manteen for his supporting actor win for Watchmen. If Tim Blake Nelson couldn't take it, he was probably the best option from the nominated Watchmen guys. Disappointed for Jean Smart, but still a nice haul for the best show of the year.

Is Schitts Creek the first show in Comedy or Drama to sweep all their top awards? Series, Lead actors, actress, supporting actor, actress, writing and directing? A great send off to one of the funniest shows ever.
