Of the female actors, who did you feel gave the best performance in Sidney Lumet's 1974 adaptation?

I personally liked Hiller and Roberts the most of the ensemble, but really, I'm not all that crazy about any of them.

Read the question as just being my favorite actress from the group in general, which would obviously be Bergman. Bacall gave the best female performance in the movie.

Lauren Bacall by far. I have no recollection of the others apart from Bergman and didn't even remember Redgrave being in it.

I wish Hiller's screentime hadn't been so brief because she was indeed fantastic in what little she had. Bacall all the way. I'll never forget the shot of her holding up that knife.
