For me all things considered it's gotta be 2017. Not a bad/mediocre/passable performance in the group - I rank Robbie 5th out of these and I think she's really quite good in her movie. The rest of them are full-on terrific.
Next up would probably be 2013 for me - Blanchett alone is enough to carry it this high. Dench drags it down a bit for me - she's fine but nothing too special imo. But I like the rest very much.

2012, by far. Then 2017.

2018. Not a bad performance in that lineup and at least two all-timers (Colman and McCarthy) and two really good ones (Close and Gaga). Aparicio is just fine to me but she's a lot better than quite a few of the other nominees this past decade. Under different circumstances she'd be a strong contender because she clearly was in the ballpark of greatness but Cuaron's distanced filmmaking undermines her too much.
2012 is pretty good minus Chastain (and Riva is just fine) and 2017 is uniformly solid but I have no passion for Hawkins or Robbie.

Between 2010 and 2015 for me. 2010 mainly for how good Portman was while 2015 had the best depth. Voted 2015.

In every lineup, there is always 1-2 performance(s) that I'm not entirely satisfied with, I think there is much stronger individual performances than in the 2010 lineup but on average (as a whole), I think I like this one the best.

2016 would be damn near perfect if it had been Adams instead of Streep.

Not sure why 2017 is considered so good. It's one of only two years where I saw all of the nominees and yet it's still not that good.
Streep was the best, but still weak as a winner relative to my other winners of the decade. Ronan was sharp, her strongest performance from what I've seen, but her film being crap dragged her down. McDormand is the same McDormand performance she usually gives with similar beats to Fargo, but her film was really good. The usual luminescent Hawkins is stiffer than usual, that cement-melting nude scene aside. And Robbie was just mediocre.
I would say 2014.... Witherspoon and Cotillard were as good as a 1-2 punch as it gets. Pike is an entertaining piece of orange pulp. Jones has been better before that movie, but she's still in good form. Have not seen Moore.
2010 is also really good. Kidman, Williams, and Lawrence were all strong. Bening felt like.... Bening and as usual owned by someone else, but she's still way better than Portman who sucked.

I hate the 2012 winner, go figure, but the other four ladies are INCREDIBLE.

2010: Williams and Portman deliver two of the best female performances of the decade, Lawrence and Bening are good in their roles, but they are not performances that I find memorable, I have never seen Kidman's performance. Overall I found it a solid year
2011: I've never seen Streep and Close performances, Williams, Mara and Viola are good but the lineup is still extremely weak.
2012: Riva and Chastain deliver two great performances (and one of the two should have won), Lawrence is good on this role, even though she is miscast for being too young for the character, Watts carries the film on her back but still remains a forgettable performance, Wallis is ok, I never understood the hype for this film.
2013: Blanchett delivers one of the best performances not only of the decade but also of the last twenty years, Adams and Bullock are good but forgettable, I still haven't seen the performances of Streep and Dench.
2014: Cotillard and Pike are magnificent, two of the greatest performances of the past twenty years, Julianne and Reese are good and it was nice to see them having a comeback, Jones is relatively good too, but forgettable.
2015: I've never seen Lawrence's performance, Blanchett and Rampling are great, again two of the best performances of the decade, Saoirse is almost on the same level as the two, Brie is ok.
2016: I only watched Emma, Natalie and Huppert performances and I think the three delivered performances good enough to be among the best of the decade. I still don't know who is the best among the three.
2017: Sally and Robbie are very good, I think they are among some of my favorite performances of the decade, Frances and Saoirse are good too, I never saw Streep's performance again.
2018: Colman is excellent, McCarthy and Close are good, Gaga and Aparicio are forgettable.
2019: I haven't seen Theron and Erivo performances, Saoirse, Scarlett and Renee are good, but I don't think are great performances.
If I were to rank I would be: 2014 2016 2015 2010 2017 2012 2018 2019 2013 2011
