I know the board is into ironically giving a sh it about Kelsey Grammer movies on a money plane but um, this particular trailer actually looks kind of great and is a pandemic evoking/oriented horror - so it checks 2 pacinoyes boxes............ timely and horror. I'm sure it will disappoint but I dig this, 100% on RT off 5 reviews so far. Intriguing and Jane Adams......! www.rottentomatoes.com/m/she_dies_tomorrow

Between this, Relic, The Beach House, & The Rental - we're getting a lot of horror this month (two female directed) and one of them better be good dammit! I haven't loved a horror since I guess 1922 (the movie, but year wise feels as long!) or more definitely The Witch....

90% on RT now atm and everybody is dying (no pun) for a great horror movie in 2020 - didn't care for The Rental and even less for The Relic (straight up hated The Relic)........and now director Amy Seimetz is in the news for a whole different thing........ abuse charges against ex-Shane Carruth. Actress and director Amy Seimetz has obtained a temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, director Shane Carruth, accusing him of years of mental, emotional and physical abuse.variety.com/2020/film/news/shane-carruth-accused-abusing-amy-seimetz-1234717339/

There's also Possessor and probably a few others I'm forgetting, but I'm loving all this horror output lately.

Hoping the best for her and am looking forward to her movie.

6/10 Big disappointment......... a sub-Lynch/Cronenberg surreal stab at something elusive and eerie that doesn't work or build. Also has elements of Safe and It Follows to it too - but never coalesces and while I really like the premise centered around a denial of Death there's a difference between being purposefully vague and not knowing what you really want to say at all. Might have been a better short story than a movie actually...... Still not scared in 2020 ........at the movies anyway.
