It depends and is a complicated question: If the candidate is a Democrat this is called "pulling a Clinton" which just suggests a healthy sex life and probably involves Hollywood celebrities and can just be denied by pretending you don't know the meaning of words like "it" and what "it" is .......if the candidate were Republican this is fncking gross to visualize because when naked their weird orb like tentacles where their hearts should be are revealed and it's likely the throuple would be with Russian hookers and was arranged through an impeachable phone call with Ukraine.  |

What consenting adults do in their private lives should have no bearing on whether or not they would be effective at their jobs, so no, it wouldn't affect me at all.
