therealcomicman117 Thanks for the list! Just caught Family Plot the other night and agree with the TV level production which was a bit of a disappointment for his last, but not a bad effort. Definitely plan to watch Assault on Precinct 13 and Murder by Death. Would love some expanded thoughts on the ones I'm on the fence about here: The Pink Panther Strikes Again, Logan's Run, Bugsy Malone, and Bound for Glory. The Pink Panther Strikes Again: I really think this was a step downwards after the first films, especially A Shot in the Dark. This one is more ridiculous in a not so good way. But general consensus finds it way better than I do.
Logan's Run: Actually I would have had this probably at #14 on my list a few months ago. But I just happened to rewatch it a few weeks ago and while it's still a good sci-fi film with a good though not unique topic and some good scenes, it lost a bit on me. But yeah, you can definitely watch this. It would be probably still the next film for me if I expanded my recommendations.
Bound for Glory: Just solid to me, but nothing more.
Not seen Bugsy Malone.

I watched all of the Dirty Harry movies in a few days many years ago. I just think you should see them as a movie fan but they are not as good as the first one (and the second imo). As for Silver Streak, I saw this as a child (about 25 years ago!!) but I remember I loved it! I'm a big fan of the Wilder-Pryor duo. (Also jimmalone ) I think that's generally the impression I've gotten from the Dirty Harry films, but I live to be surprised lol. Might skip it this time around. Dang, that's a crazy long time ago! I've never actually watched a Wilder-Pryor film so maybe I'll make this my first! From the movies they did together, I'd definitely recommend See no Evil, Hear no Evil. Stir crazy was also very good.

It actually sounds up my alley for sure! I might skip it this time around just to make room for some bigger films, but I'm always happy to keep some stuff on the watchlist to excite me for the next time around! Thanks again! haha, I get you, gotta prioritize. My watchlist is gonna be full forever.

idioticbunny, mate, I dunno if you ended up watching Bertolucci's "Novecento" but if not then definitely consider it! Even though I know that 5 hours is not an easy amount of time to spare. 1976 has always been the year in which I was satisfied with my Best Cinematography winner (which was "All the President's Men") but didn't really find a movie that would truly amaze me with its visuals. Well, I just finished watching "Novecento" and boy did it ever wow the heck out of me. Storaro truly is a genius.

JangoB I had it right outside of my list, but opted to save it for later. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it though! I actually have All the President's Men as my cinematography winner right now as well (and will very likely stay that way with only two films left to check out) but I also consider it an all-time favorite so that's some high praise for 1900. Then again... it is Storaro and that man is a genius. Definitely going to check it out at some point, so that makes me more excited for when I do!
