So, of these young women who just happen to benefit from having hugely successfully parents, who's your favorite? Is there one in particular that you think would have been equally as successful without mom and dad?
I'm going with Emmy nominee Margaret Qualley - she does have real presence and innate talent - and while not as beautiful as her mom (but really, who is?), there's enough of young Andie there to keep me interested. She's pretty charming/down to earth in interviews, as well.

Qualley is the only one to get excited about (and yes she is significantly prettier than her mother).

Qualley probably slightly pips Dakota Johnson to the post in terms of the most talented, but I also really like Kravitz. Collins is okay. Hawke has never left an impression on me. Ditto Depp.

Lily Collins is exceptional in "To the Bone" which I believe is the best performance any of these listed actress ever given but she struggles to find good roles. Her career is actually kind of boring and it seems to me she chases baity projects which doesn't pay off; "Tolkien", "Rules Don't Apply" etc.
Lily Rose - never cared for her.
Maya Hawke - she's good in "Stranger Things" and "Human Capital" but not too memorable? We'll see what else she has to offer.
Dakota Johnson - So far, I love her post-Fifty Shades run. She can be mysterious (Bigger Splash), dark (Suspiria), warm (Peanut Butter Falcon), charming (High Note) and picks good/interesting projects. I feel like she'll get even better.
Zoe Kravitz - she's cool (and hot), I liked "High Fidelity" and interested in her Catwoman take but not sure if she has ever been really remarkable.
Margaret Qualley - She brings great energy to her parts and stole the show recently in "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood". There's certainly something unique about her.
So for me, it's close call between Margaret and Dakota. I'll throw a vote for Johnson as it seems everybody is voting for Qualley.

@tyler Does Elle Fanning count? (she's the sister of) I really don't think so - they emerged at basically the same time - Dakota just got so much more initial attention because of I Am Sam and War of the Worlds.

Kravitz by far. She was hanging with serious big dogs (Kidman! Streep! Witherspoon! Dern!) in Big Little Lies for two seasons and acquiting herself honorably enough that she didn't feel out of place in such a crew of heavyhitter actressess.
None of the others have faced that kind of trial by fire.

Collins is sooo good in Extremely Wicked. Loved her. And Dakota is another very promising one.

1. Johnson: while I do think she's one of the most talented of this bunch, the reason she stands out IMO has more to do with how absolutely killer her taste is, and how focused she is in turning her ambitions into actually interesting work. In some ways, especially in how enigmatic she is on screen, she seems to me like an actress from the 70's that just happened to work in the 2010's.
2. Kravitz: I always quite indifferent towards her. She seemed like one of those people who are more concerned with being celebrities and resigning to be on the background in some good movies instead of trying to stand out. High Fidelity completely changed the game for me. It is such strong work, a funny, heartfelt, troubled, star-making performance. It was the perfect throwback to the golden days of the rom-com peak, but with a modern twist for the Fleabag generation. Kravitz is so commanding, effortlessly cool and laid-back in this. She proved to me that she's a natural leading lady, something the others (sans Johnson) are yet to do.
3. Hawke: the MVP in Stranger Things Season 3 - which was a very strong season for the show. She was so, so charismatic in it, and she has that extra spunky-girl charm that 90's Winona Ryder also had. I'm planning to watch her version of Little Women later this week (it's probably not half as good as Gerwig's movie, but I'm curious to see Hawke as Jo March). I haven't seen her in anything else besides that (so it'd be dumb to rank her higher), but she was so good I wanna see her in everything.
4. Qualley: Love her in Fosse/Verdon (was rooting for her to win that Emmy) and Novitiate. She's very, very talented, and has range. She has this innate likability that just makes me enjoy seeing her on screen. She's also able to bring a certain kind of vulnerability in her acting that makes me a believer she'll eventually do something in the vein of what her mom did in Sex, Lies and Videotape.
5. Collins: I liked her a lot in To The Bone and that awful Ted Bundy movie. She's shown she can rise above mediocre/bad material and deliver something fine, but I don't see in her the same ambition to be in actual good movies. She is, if I recall correctly, the first of this bunch to breakout with that awful Snow White movie with Julia Roberts and she has (had?) many young fans, so she definetly could've netted more interesting roles if she wanted.
6. Rose-Depp: I've never seen her as the lead actress in anything, but she does have an interesting screen presence. Was impressed by the dark humor she brings to the table in the underrated A Faithful Man, and loved her line-delivering in The King. I mostly don't care about her and I have no interest in keeping up with her filmography as I do with Hawke, Johnson, Qualley and Kravitz, but I don't doubt she could change my mind.

@tyler Does Elle Fanning count? (she's the sister of) I really don't think so - they emerged at basically the same time - Dakota just got so much more initial attention because of I Am Sam and War of the Worlds. I think Fanning Jr. is an unique case I wouldn't say at all Elle and Dakota emerged at the same time. Dakota was the poster girl for talented, wise-beyond-their-years children in the 00's, and at that time Elle was mostly playing her younger version in cameos. When Elle broke out in the turn of the decade, Dakota was already past her bright, prodige years. I personally wouldn't count Elle as a nepo girl, but yeah, she did benefit a lot in the media from being the sister of the girl everyone and their moms loved in the 2000's.

I think calling Elle Fanning a nepo case would be like calling Joaquin Phoenix one as well. They both had older siblings who broke through first and were highly succesful, but I feel it's a bit different with them because their parents put them all in the business as soon as they could walk or talk, so it was always a matter of time before the younger siblings had their own breakthroughs.

No love for Zoey Deutch?
Of those mentioned it’s a tossup for be between Qualley and Johnson. Leaning Johnson but might be recency bias of seeing her in something last week.

Elizabeth Olsen, Rooney/Kate Mara, Lea Seydoux, Beanie Feldstein, Blake Lively, Billi Lourd and several others that I don't remember the names right now could be included in the poll ...
Answering your question, among the ones you mentioned I think that none so far has impressed me to the point that I consider one of the most promising of this generation. Lily Collins is very ok, not horrible but also not a great actress. I never watched anything with Maya Hawke other than OUATIH, I never watched anything with Lily Rose Depp, Zoe Kravitz is more interesting on the red carpet than on the screens but I liked her in BBL, so only Johnson and Qualley are left.
I like Johnson, I don't think she's a great actress but I think a lot of people have an exaggerated hate against her due to the role in 50 shades of gray and she wasn't even bad in this film, I honestly think she will have an role in the future that will finally make people stop hating her. I liked Qualley in OUATIH and Fosse/Verdon more than I liked Jonhson in any role so far, so I choose her.
From countless actresses who came from rich/famous families and directly or indirectly benefited from nepotism, among those between the ages of 20 and 40 I think that obviously Rooney Mara and Lea Seydoux are the ones with has the best careers so far, at least on cinema (I know that there are a lot of young actresses on TV who came from privileged backgrounds who have good careers, but as I barely watch television I am not familiar with their work)

Maya Hawke and Lily-Rose are still relative newcomers compared to the others, and I think it's kinda ridic to compare them. Hawke was by far and away the best thing about that last season of Stranger Things for me, and pretty much single handedly saved it with that subplot. Depp was doing a bad ASS Colonel Kurtz at the end of the river job at the end of The King. Thems was big shoes to fill and she nailed her couple of scenes right to the fucking wall. I also have big respect for her for being one of the only one of these nepo up and comers not involved in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Gotta throw ol' Harley Quinn Smith in there too Harley Quinn fucking Smith. Poor sweet child.

1:Dakota Johnson: The strongest actress in the line up 2:Margaret Qualley: She really shone in OUATIH 3:Zoe Kravitz: An underrated actress, genuinely charismatic 4:Lily Collins: Decent actress, she was too fame hungry at the start of her career and it hurt her 5:Maya Hawke: Great in Stranger Things, pretty good in the BBC version of Little Women 6:Lily Rose Depp: One of the few good things about The King, she's def got potential.

Where's Zoe Kazan????? She's my pick for breakthru actress of the 2020s.
But if I had to pick from someone on your actual list.... Qualley. I was thinking she could be a possible breakthru of the 2020s. My guess is that she doesn't have the talent, but who knows on these things. She certainly is hot. As is Kravitz who's arguably hotter (though her mom is pretty hot too) than mom.

The best performance by any of them is Lily Collins in Stuck in Love (yes, I said it!). Kravitz is excellent in High Fidelity. Dakota good in a number of things, including How to be Single. Qualley good in everything I've seen her in. I don't remember Depp's performance in The King well enough, but I liked her performance in the trailer. Hawke was fine in Stranger Things, but that's not enough, nor was she a standout IMO; most of the rest of the cast was fully equal.

On screen, Datoka is the most alluring to me and from interviews, I dig her sense of humor, I like her career choices so far, and let's not forget she did well in a role that scream failure, she's the best on that franchise....
Lily Rose Depp would be close behind, I love how she looks on screen, in A Faithful Man reminded me a lot of her parents in their early careers ( well for Vanessa still applies to this day ) with those eyes and checkbones, she's almost like a vulnerable alien and enigmatic presence.
Qualley not far behind but admittedly haven't seen much from her but she seems to get the most out of her roles, same for Kravitz and ambivalent towards the rest

Agree to disagree... I'm with you. No way is she prettier than mom. Maybe I need to see more of Andie's pre-acting model work, but I just remember her looking squinty eyed, gummy smiled, and faintly horselike as early as Four Weddings and a Funeral. Margaret is certainly gawkier than her mother, and the recent weight loss has only exacerbated this aspect, but the image of her resembling a young New England prep version of Isabelle Adjani in S1 of The Leftovers has stayed with me.

Allenism - I re-watched The Story of Adele H. last week and yes, I definitely saw hints of Qualley in the 19 year old Adjani - I see hints of Qualley in young MacDowell, too - in Greystoke, for instance, and definitely in her modeling days - she is just beyond stunning to me.

Going with Qualley as well. She's done more in one year than Johnson did in 5+ (although Johnson is weirdly the best thing about A Bigger Splash which is pretty impressive when you're sharing the screen w/ Swinton and Fiennes, I'll give her that)
