I always anted to go to like an NYU/Tisch art show and buy random shit on the cheap in the hopes they become famous... never actually did it, but I always wondered if it would turn out.
... then again a Jackson Pollock that's literally just paint dripped onto a canvas randomly fetches $100M+ and I don't think I would pay $20 for any of them. I can do that shit myself with people's discarded paint can remnants.
