Just hoping to see Tinker Tailor, Under the Skin, and Shoplifters in the top 30.

My gut is telling me that Parasite takes this.

Won't be surprised to see Irishman be top 10 either. Other than that (chronological order):
Social Network The Tree Of Life The Master Her/Gravity maybe, they'll be top 20 for sure tho* one of the three big '14 films (betting on Budapest)* Mad Max La La Land (all of you love it for some reason) maaayyyyybe The Handmaiden (maaaayyyybe, it does seem to be absolutely loved by all who have seen it, but it might be more underseen than the impression that I get)(if not Handmaiden then Carol)* Phantom Thread Parasite
The asterisk ones are the ones that might not be there.

I'm predicting that the top 5 will be something like this:
The Favourite Mad Max: Fury Road Phantom Thread Parasite The Master
with Birdman and The Social Network having a chance of breaking into it.

I think Birdman might have a better shot. Maybe, was back and forth on the two, but Budapest is the one I've seen the least number of people dislike, Birdman is like the one which who likes it loves it, but it has people on here who weren't THAT high on it, so. That said, it would be more likely that those who liked Birdman liked it enough to put on the list, whereas for Budapest they might like it but not enough to put on list (me for example), and the latter would split votes with Moonrise and maybe Isle Of Dogs, so you might be right.

I'm going to go out on a limb and predict that Phantom Thread surprises at #1. Whereas films like The Master and Mad Max: Fury Road will be top 5 on a lot of ballots, I also think they won't even be included on a number of other ballots. But I'm guessing the vast majority will have Phantom Thread somewhere in their top 25. I'm probably wrong, but that's my NGNG bet.

Top 5 prediction (not in order) - Fury Road, Parasite, Phantom Thread, The Master, and...The Irishman. This forum went apeshit over that movie. I have a feeling.

The Irishman hive may just surprise us, maybe not with #1 but with a Top 10 placement at least!

Looking back over my ballot, I'm confident that 7 of the films I voted for are going to do very well in terms of their finishing place and one or two of them might even win.
Still, that's a whole other 18 films most of which I think will make the list, but I've no idea where.
I kinda doubt 4 of my votes will make it...
The Kings of Summer (2013) The Way Way Back (2013) The Love Witch (2016) What We Do in the Shadows (2014)
I'd also be 50/50 on these two...
Mandy (2018) Calvary (2014)

Getting the boring shit out of the way first... For films that received the same number of points, the following tiebreakers were employed, in order: *Number of ballot appearances *Highest placement *Number of times receiving the highest placement If any two films tied in all four categories -- points received, number of ballots, highest placement, and number of times receiving the highest placement -- the tie remained. We ended up with two ties in the final top 100. And before getting into the list, let’s first see some “honorable mentions” -- the ten films that just missed the cut: Silver Linings Playbook (2017) -- 57 points from 4 ballots Mandy (2018) -- 57 points from 3 ballots Take Shelter (2011) -- 56 points from 3 ballots Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives (2010) -- 54 points from 3 ballots Short Term 12 (2013) -- 53 points from 4 ballots Winter’s Bone (2010) -- 52 points from 4 ballots Girl Walk//All Day (2011) -- 52 points from 3 ballots It Follows (2015) -- 50 points from 5 ballots Blue is the Warmest Color (2013) -- 50 points from ballots The Artist (2011) -- 49 points from 7 ballots Alright. Enough of the nonsense. Let's get this thing started.

Girl Walk and Winter's Bone missed! Aaaaagh! I knew both were outsiders, but I was really hoping for the best om those. Pretty good group of honorable mentions, with only Mandy being a film I disliked. And hey, Mandy did have that great ending.
