They should just push all of these completely off the schedule.

Some guy on Reddit was flipping out saying blockbusters were going to have to go straight to streaming and getting mad at people when they tried to explain to him why it won't happen. Everything is just getting pushed back. Stuff that's supposed to come out now will come out later and the stuff that was scheduled to come out later will get pushed back further to make room for it. There's also pretty much a halt in production right now so there will be a gap to fill later by these movies getting pushed back.

I expect some more mid to smaller films to go the VOD/Streaming route still but a studio would have to be crazy desperate for immediate money to do that with a blockbuster and take a huge loss compared to waiting even up to a year to release in theaters.

I'm really starting to feel like there won't be any Oscars next year.

I'm really starting to feel like there won't be any Oscars next year. If Kevin Hart begins looking like he'll get an Oscar nod, they'll cancel out of fright.

I'm really starting to feel like there won't be any Oscars next year. All streaming release Oscars? Can finally break that Netflix curse. Shit, Irishman came out a year too early. Would clean the fuck up this year.

Morbius now delayed until October 8th. More an indicator that we should continue to expect a lot more delays. Anything major in March/April likely getting pushed or moving to PVOD. Big question starts with stuff like Black Widow currently set for May.
